RVF400 - Please advise on ideal weight of oil for forks & how much / measurement etc....?

When you push down on handlebars the forks do not seem to be returning back much?? Any thoughts on that please??

Any improvements that I can do to the forks??

Contact rick oliver, he does a fork upgrade kit for about £100, inc springs, oil, seals and a syringe to set oil level right. Well worth it.

fork oil type is 10w fork oil

fork oil capacity 445cc

fork oil level 74mm.

all measurements for rvf according to the haynes manual
