Hi i've been looking out for a nc30 project bike after having my last one stolen.
I'd like some advice from the experts on here what to expect to pay for something not road worthy but mostly complete with v5,Theres one on ebay now with no fairings and discribed as a track bike starting at £400.Most i've looked at on ebay seem to be taken off or sold before the auction ends.
Not decided if i want to use it as a trackday bike or do a project for the road.
I just want to get one bought and start tinkering any advice would great.
Thanks Steve

Thanks eamer but iam looking a more complete bike cos i've never worked round a nc much and i think i'd lose lots of time trying to sus out what i need and time finding some parts.
Something that needs restored or general tidy up would be ideal.

Is everyone talking about my motorbike that Im selling saying its cheap? If so then check out my Listing in the bikes for sale area with photos and a reasonable description, I am after a quick sale after all. It needs to go within 6 weeks! For the record, The bike that comes to form the spares package I had it as a complete bike, with some UK parts on it. Ive sold the UK parts form it, not sure if any remain and made about £1000 and if you look in the pictures Ive still got a lot of it left thats worth a bit of money. I paid £1000 for it in the first place. So it would easily be a good bargain if you bought my complete ready to ride bike and then you could sell any parts you dont want and make a good £300+ minimum back off it. What I would suggest, seeing as you want to build a race bike, is that you modify the Loom that comes as a spare and then you have a complete road use loom and a race loom that can be changed over easy enough! Let me know dudes. LOL

Ah ha! i was wondering when this would be brought up!! LOL
matchlessman, you are correct, although it has now been sorted, i found out the rear brake was sticking on quite badly, like, there was half a mm lef ton the one pad and I didnt know! Ive overhauled the Caliper and fitted new Pads about a week ago and the bike seems better now, obviously not put it on a dyno to check but im sure this was the problem. id be expecting it to make 50+bhp like the rest of them now, it certianyl doesnt struggle and ive ridden with a few other NC30s now and never been any different?
Please though, if anybody has any concerns about my bike like this, please feel free to contact me through the Advert and I will do my best to straighten any concerns out and be as helpful as possible.
Cheers.
