Wondering if anyone can help? I need to know Which pipe outlet on the fuel tap doe's the vaccum pipe connect to? The one facing down or the one facing the front of the bike?

Check the diammeter. The vacuum feed is a lot smaller and as CMSMJ1 says it points forward. It's the little pipe on the side of the tap. Or it is on mine.
