Tasty Japanese Unobtanium....

OK, so I am thinking it is time for a change. I have grown tired of the exhaust on my bike. I don't much care for the raspy sound it makes, and the pipes are high mount so I can never take a pillion....

I have the TSR titanium/carbon dual high mount exhaust on my bike, and I think I want to get rid of them. I also have a set of Beet rearsets that I no longer like. I am thinking it is time for a single exhuast and some adjustable rearsets.

Thoughts?

What about a stack then Steve? Personal choice would be Moriwaki but there's also Yamamoto and Ethos to look at. I know the TSR's will be quite expensive to sell on and possibly too expensive for most on here. I've had my fair share of exhausts over the years and honestly, there's not been one better than the TSR's on Rhorys bike. If it were me, I'd be keeping the TSR's on the bike.

I took the bike to work today (long story about the fireblade needing clipons) and it doesn't sound as raspy as I remember. If I could only keep my heels off the damn pipes!!!

Which rearsets was Rhory running?

WR rearsets rock  - I have a set which I got via ebay from Japan.

As for the system - I have a yammamoto with carbon can wich sounds a little raspy too but very distinctive and individual (apparently its to do with te thickness [or thinness!!] of the metal pipework)

P.S. I'll also swap for the TSR system!! ;) ;) ;)

+1 for WR rearsets.

Best I've ever used for shift action, construction quality and weight. Great position also.

I'm not a fan of the look of adjustable position rearsets.
