hi all my mate has just got a zxr 400 l4, there was a few bits and bobs that we had to do on it new tyre bulbs ect so got that sorted then i had a quick go on it today up the road and it just seems slow to me and didn't seem to have much power (i have a vfr 400) and it don't pull no way near as well as that, has standard exhaust and micron can, i think everything else is standard, not sure if it is restricted to 33bhp if so where would it be in the the exhaust or carbs?

33bhp restriction is washers between carbs and cylinder head.

if its fit, it'll be 10% down on an nc30 upto 10k then 10% up on one from there till the redline.
