I keep having problems with my NC30 popping into neutral when moving from 1st to 2nd gear. It causes a few problems on track days as it happens when you really could do without it!
Is this a common nc30 fault? and how can I sort it?
Cheers

maybe see if the linkage needs adjusting, its a long shot but it will only take a minute to check :D

check your chain and sprockets, and chan tension.
also give all your linkages on your gear selector a good clean and make shore the adaptor on the engine selector shaft and your selector rod has a 90degree angle or thereabouts so you have the best leverage :)
cheers Tim

Worn dogs, another symptom is jumping out of first at very high RPM when say thrashed from the lights.
If its not selecting second properly under load and you have ruled out chain and sprockets then try after hooking second, back off the throttle and on again, that i bet locks it into gear and it doesnt jump after that, if it does then the box is past its best
