I've been looking at the HRC rear brack reservoir recently, think that its a fair bit neater than my current standard dirty looking setup.
Has anyone on here fitted one?
What was your thoughts?
work well or pretty poor?
Worth the money or steer clear?
I'll be interested to find out.

I use one on my track bike because any reduction in weight is a good thing.
I use one on my RVF because I fitted hideaway pillion pegs and could not leave the standard res as it was in the way.

I have one - its good but the tube is slightly porous and weeps a little - other than that it is pretty trick and people always ask about it at meets etc.

I had the weeping issue too. So I just use standard rubber hose with the HRC bung and clips - works a treat. You can't check the fluid level easily, but how often do you need to anyway!

I had it too and are not using it anymore due to 2 problems:
Weeping. Not nice as the brake fluid is aggressive to plastic and paint.
No ventilation so the travel of the brakepedal bacame longer and longer as the pads wears down.
Now I'm using one like this:

Much smaller and lighter than OEM.

as for the weeping i have solved this by a larger clear heat resistant hose that slips over the HRC one to protect it from the exhaust heat, and every 2 track days or 1 race meet i bleed my brakes so the ventilation ant in issue :) just depends on how much tinkering you want to do,,, looks alot neater but lolz
