Speedo cable troubles

Hi all, my RRJ speedo cable was seized solid, so I removed it and ordered a new one. I don't know what I was thinking, but I threw the old one out, expecting the new one to be correct. When it turned up I noticed the input side was wrong, it has a lug on the side for a screw to go through, whereas the Tri-arm cable should have a groove in the sheath (I think its the same style on the CG125)

My question to anyone willing to help is could you measure your cable sheath, from end to end, and take a picture of the input end please? I need to know so I can return the wrong cable and recieve the correct one.

Any help much appreciated :)

Give me a call - I can help.

Common known problem in the trade this one - a few suppliers have the wrong cable listed for the Tri Arm and a lot of dealers and most Ebay sellers don't know about it.
