was thinking of this conversion for my gullarm but didnt know if it would work.
just have a few questions for you parus
1. can you use rr5 forks.?
2. are your forks (rr7) the same length as the nc29.?
3. did you check your rake + trail+ off sets for the yokes, between the two bikes. ?
4. the stem on the btm yoke (rr7) can be fitted straight in to the nc29 frame and top yoke fits with head bearings of nc29
no spacers needed.?

i have cbr600rr5 in the garage at the moment but am injured but could spend a few hours checkin the two bikes out.

lets know how you get on.
Mick

1. can you use rr5 forks.?
I think you can, because I saw cbr600rr05 forks and it's same as 2007. Only color is different and maybe something inside the cartridge.
2. are your forks (rr7) the same length as the nc29.?
It's little bit shorter, but due to different top yoke design the high between ground and frame is the same.
3. did you check your rake + trail+ off sets for the yokes, between the two bikes. ?

Will do next weekend I think. But the tail no changed.
4. the stem on the btm yoke (rr7) can be fitted straight in to the nc29 frame and top yoke fits with head bearings of nc29 no spacers needed.?
Yes, just remove old one and fit top\bottom yoke with stem, bearings and etc. No any spacers required. I able to confirm that bearings between NC29 and CBR600RR07 is interchangeable.

That was easiest I did. Only fit this 2 bolts to prevent touching radiator by bottom yoke.
