oops, never mind.

i have the same problem on my nc23...5th gear being the problem,half throttle to full thottle,it pops in and out...not hitting a netural,just doesnt sit in the gear...sound famillar??
best you pull the gearbox out...i have found the shift drum is either worn,or the shim and or circlip for the gear is rooted..and needs resetting

now,there are genuine mechanics here who advertise business on the forum...maybe they can actually reply to this and all other threads out there... give a answer to the questions that are being asked...instead of just advertising bits and pieces...or what there bike are capable of..

P.S if i was a trained mechanic then i would give the best possible advice that i could, to any one that may need it. But i,m not a mechanic. HENCE why i,ve asked more questions than i,ve given ansewers. But once again i,ll apoligise and stop asking.
And when possible i HAVE tried to give honest ansewers to questions that have been asked about things i,ve done to my own bike.
