Full v half system

Hello guys,

I'm looking at sorting out an aftermarket exhaust for my project NC30 as I got it going last night after being stood for 4 years and to be honest it sounds poo with the standard can...

I don't want to cut the std system to put a race can on so was looking at half and full systems.

Is there much of a performance advantage going for a full sytem over a half one?

Cheers,

Gaz.

Unless you're going to do a whole lot of engine/airbox/carb mods not really. Full systems are the shizzle but on a standard bike it's not really gonna be a noticeable difference over a half system.

I have had several systems and would say a full system is overkill but pimp.

I have a Hiperform full system on ym race bike - I love it. It is superb (and unique :ninja: )

I have a no name jap system on my road bike - it works.

Main benefits are that they are lighter than stock and that they don't ruse at the collars.

See the exhaust thread for ideas.
