ok ive found that the nitrogen in my shock has gone so can the nc 30 shock be rebuilt eg new hose and recharged or is there a better shock that will fit

yep it can be rebuilt.

However, theres a few alternative shocks you can use, some just go straight in, some need a little fettling (like modding the RS250 shock)

The question is how much do you want to spend?

Theres a few people on here with shocks for sale post an add in the forsale/wanted section and see what people have :)

thanks i just spoke to pdq in slough they said the the shock wasn't rebuild able and were trying to push a nitron shock which is ok but not at the moment. Im just trying to get the bike through its mot then refine it start of the summer. So just looking for something that will fit like a cbr or similar shock that is cheap.
