Don't change it, it'll reck the handling.
130/70/18 BT45R
100/90/16 BT45F
Even if it does look skinny compared to todays modern bikes it works well with the bike, you can easily lean it to grind most hard parts of the bike away with the standard tyre. Unless your on a track you really don't need anything better for the street (unless your a serious nutcase rider)
Other good bikes of the time also had a 130 rear, the KR1S comes to mind..
I met a young chap on a 2002 CBR600F Sport a few weeks ago at a forecourt while refulling on the way to a bike meet, after a short chat about the bikes he asked me how it rode and I said 'pretty well for an old one' needless to say some very 'enthusiatic' riding on very twisty A/B roads ensued.
He tapped me on the shoulder at the meet and said he was totally shocked at how well it went around the bends and even how quick it was.. after all he had a good view, he was behind me most of the time :D

Yeah there Bridgestone BT45.
The pirelli sports are good too, a tad more expsnive I think, how much were you quoted?

Front & Rear? thats not bad if it includes fittin & balancing.
I paid £70 each last time for a set of BT45's.
Either go with the pirellis or the bridgestones.. try them first then maybe bridgestones next time and see what you prefer :)
I'll be using a slightly wider tyre on my race NC24 as i've now uprated the rear shock and forks/brakes. I did a few track-days this year with it and the stock suspension was weaker than the BT45's now with the suspnsion upgraded i'll be needing better compounds, so unless you come to that stage save your money and stick with the stock size :)

Good good, I think you'll be pleased.
Have you rode the bike much? The 16" 100 front, combined with the 18" rear makes it turn awfully quick.
