anyone tell me the part numbers for the front and rear pads on a nc29 please.

it would be easy to just ask for pads and tell them what bike you have.
no need to get "Honda" pads when EBC, HH sintered, Carbon Lorain (the best) will defiantly do.. probably cheaper than Hondas own pads.

cheeper on ebay than the shops but needed the part number, got it now thanks.

Still got original Honda pads on my cbr and they are very good so if you can afford and Mr Honda put them on originally then get some Nissin pads

Don't you know about EBC HH when their wet and cold? If you do a few miles in the wet without using the breaks you can end up with a handful of nothing.(Like coming off the motorway)

I wouldn't recommend EBC ever !!! (Unless you were messing with my wife.)

Honda pads are Nissin or go for the Carbon Lorraine

never had an issue with them yet.. in any weather inc winter nasty mornings. had my fair share of muppets on the duel carriageways over the years. besides, wet brakes are never 100% bike or car and is why you extend the braking distance in the wet.

I have used EBC HH for years on my 400's and never had any problems. I prefer Carbon Lorraine on the track but if I cant get them, EBC keep me happy. Have been riding 400's for 14 years now and never had any brake problems. Either you are using green brakes or ones that are not HH rayed.
Try Armstrong. Have put them on my ZX6R and they are great for the price. Cant tell if they are better or worse than originals but make sure you get HH rated

No were talking about a handful of nothing not reduced breaking power.Ive heard of this 3 times now on different bikes and the common denominator has always been EBC HH it only happens once and then it seems to be ok.
It might just be a bedding in problem. I'm gonna ask these people a few more questions.

Really? And i thought it was to do with less traction/grip between tyre and road surface and more likely to accidently lock up in the wet than the dry
