hi what is the best oil to use in my vfr 400 nc30 ?

10/40 semi synthetic, best you can afford, justify!!
I use shell or Motul.

I use 10/40 fully synthetic castrol on my road bike as iv never had a problem with the clutch slipping but with the race bike decided not to risk it as I dont know what its on atm so 10/40 part synthetic castrol

I change oil and filter at least every 6 months. or before every race meeting

i run castrol activo semi synth. today I had to top up and only had synthetic available. hope it doesn't slip :)
