starting issues when engine is hot

hey guys,

just ran my bike for about 20 mins, then all of a sudden the engine cut out and wont start.. I've had this problem before where i'd have to wait til the engine cools down then it will start again...btw, the temperature on the gauge looks normal at about 90-100 degrees so i dont think its overheating unless the temperature sensor is messed up...

also, sometimes when it gets hot and i put it on first gear, the engine cuts out, so to temporarily fix that i would increase the idle speed adjuster, making the engine work harder when idle, which isnt' good for it but at least the engine wouldnt shut down when i'm at a stop light :S

i'm pretty sure the problem has something to do with my carburetors and the float needles.. and if that's the case, hopefully the carbs that I recently purchased on eBay will solve this issue...

anyone have this problem before and know how to fix it???

thx

KC
