Easiest solution is to make a new race loom, it really is. Anything else is a bodge-job, which will fail when you least of all need it. Just remember to wire in a 30A relay to run the main current over.

took me around an hour to make the last race one I did.

What he said, your thank your self after, keeps everything simple, study the wiring diagram in the haynes manual your soon work it out. I made a near complete road loom in a day or so.

Just think of that weight saving too

My road loom is 510g, my latest race loom is only 175g, and it's really easy, just go step by step.

first position all the component you need on the bike; righthand switch, a single waterproof fusebox, a relay socket, starter relay, coils (they can just remain where they are), revcounter and temp gauge (with sensor for water, neutral and oil just needs diode bulb with a live feed on one end), battery and your cdi. For ease of assembly keep the reg/rec and generator a independant system.

Then get some wires in the right honda colours (aes.co.uk good service, good parts) and draw all the wires to all the components, but do not assemble anything yet.

Put on overbraid, spiralwrap or tape, then offer up to the bike, make last adjustments.

Then mount the plugs (I prefer AMP superseals)

Your done

Im really shit with wiring and dont have the time tbh, Is their anyone that would be willing to make me a loom If I pay them for it?

I need a charging system and horn for streetstock racing but if posssible would like this in a sperate easily unplugable system so I can easily turn it to f400 spec

Spike, see my (crap!) pic below to use your kill switch as the ignition switch.

Basically all you're doing is using the kill switch (which like any auto switch just makes and breaks electrical contacts) to substitute for the ignition switch (which does the same). I haven't used the fan below, assuming you'd discard it on a track bike.

1. Cut the existing black and black/white wires form the kill switch (obviously leaving enough to connect up with new wires!).
2. Cut the red and red/black wires from the ignition switch.
3. Run the red and red/black wires from the non-ignition side to the black and black/white wires. Doesn't matter which go to which, it's just a simple contact switch...

Make sure all your connections are good (solder, heatshrink, etc), it wouldn't be fun if it felt like someone turned your ignition off and threw your key away mid race because of shoddy work! Remove your ignition and grind off the holder.

Making your own loom is pretty easy, there plenty of diagrams around for race nc30 looms.
