I went for an early morning ride today, and was dismayed to find I was on reserve within 1 hour [full tank]
What is the tank capacity, and what is the normal MPG?

Not sure how to fuel religiously, as I was not in church this morning, but furiously racing around the lanes

With 75 or 130 miles to a tank, perhaps revs have something to do with it :-(

Tank Capacity is 15 Litres (Apparently!). 13 Litres main, 2 Litres Reserve.

I have seen 140 Miles on Main tank before, but that was literally the most boring ride I have ever been on, i averaged 49mpg.
On a normal Ride I average about 43mpg easily, and thats generally hovering around the 100mph mark, almost everywhere. (Where legal, so erm, lots of private roads around here!!)
On a stonking good belter of a run, I have see 36mpg, but I did kind of travel some amount of distance, in some short amount of time....

False alarm as it turns out, as I have now found the missing fuel, I did not include the trip from home to meeting place.

So, 103m on £11.20 worth = 2.4g. 43mpg. :-)

That means I can afford to open it up a bit more now, ;>)
