Some sort of clutch gear problem

These are the pics of my clutch and what problems I'm having. I have no idea, don't want to do it wrong. There are two holes drilled out and the first has a spring around it (this is difficult to explain, I'll get a picture soon). I put the springed hole onto this pin looking thing so that it can shift a cam looking thing.
