Hi all
As above, where is the cheapist place to get a nc23 headgasket from.
Got a quote from one place and nearly swollowed my own tongue

i'd try davidsilverspares.com and lings.com for the headgasket as i got mine from davidsilvers a couple of weeks ago

I used Nightingales. The were cheaper than silvers but phone around. Try Riders too and give Silvers a ring

The genuine Honda Tri Arm head gasket is a strange one - I have paid anything from £32 to £58 for a single unit - the price seems to vary for no reason.
Think of it this way - good old Honda still making these 20 plus years down the line. The Tri Arm remains my favorite bike full stop.
Shop around - some dealers may have old stock they wish to sell off ...

Yeah the price difference is a little crazy, my first quote was £60+
David silvers are coming in at the cheapist so far
And yep iam a big fan of the Tri arm too, i just wish we could get to the bottom of this one running on 2

does the gasket have to be new?
I have the gasket iv just removed from an engine im taking to bits. I also have the gasket that goes between the cam head and the bit afterwards?
I dont know if u can re-use head gaskets - if not then please say someone so i can bin mine
