just wondering is there are any differences between a genuine Honda wheel and the aftermarket Delkevic ones?
mainly weight, and apperance :)
and has anyone used the Delkevic ones and are they satisified with them??
cheers guys

I have heard that the Delkevic Ones are perfectly made, but often come with minor Paint/Finish imperfections like small blobs of Paint or slight cracking of the Powder coating whichever they use. LOL
For the money, I would quite happily have a set of Delkevics, if I didnt have this obsession with Getting Carbon Fibre Wheels. LOL

I got a rear off them. Weight seems about the same. Put it on the race bike back in march for the training day. Started to rain so went to take it off and put on the wets. It would not move at all. We tried everything to get it off. Totally ruined the day out. Eventually got it off using gear pullers at home. Drilled holes out a bit and sanded down. But it still always got stuck. Did'ent really want to go drilling any more. Sold the thing and got a honda one off ebay. Would never buy delkevic again. Theres a reason their so cheap.

It fit ok, felt a little tight alright. In Delkevics defense the front wheel worked out perfect for me. I'd just stay clear of the rear one's. I remember reading about someone off this site having a similar problem a while ago as well.

Yeah had exactly same problem, took an hour to get it off, when putting on the fit is to tight and basically you are pressing it on, then no way to get it back off. had to sand and dremell the middle out to stop it sticking, the tolerances are shite basically.

As above, mine also stuck on.
Dremel and a steady hand managed to sort it, but I was a bit unsure of doing it at the time.

I've got two of the 17" delkevich rear wheels for the racebikes, not had any issues yet, they are 'tight' but a quick thump to the side of the tyre (after undoing the bolt :p) gets 'em off nice and easily :)
