ongoing problem, gone on too long now!

Hey guys,
some of you might have read my posts but maybe some not so ill explain.
When im giving the nc30 a handfull of throttle its bogging down, ive lived with the problem now for at least a month as the bike runs fine and idles great. I say runs fine but its only really when im not giving it a hand full, which as its a bike would be nice from time to time.
ive checked most things on the bike but as it wont go away! ive checked crimped fuel lines and replaced my vacuum hose with an OE part..still no good, plugs and HT leads are fine as is the airbox.
im suspecting something in my carbs?
The bike will go great for a split second under heavy acceleration then bog down go slightly jolty but then progress to the redline sounding like like a ducati or something heavy vtwin like all whilst losing significant power.
thats the only way i can describe it really, unless a video would be better? i can geffer tape my camera to my helmet!
seriously guys its time i got this sorted, id hate to pile my nc30 into the floor as i love her so much, i just would rather sus the problem now myself as ive had duff info off two mechanics already.. gah!
any help would be fantastic guys cheers.
Dan

Have you not done anything to the carbs? Not had them off and cleaned them?
That is your first port of call.
Vid would be good anyways but it sounds fuelling related and so time to man up and get them carbs off and in bits for a good scrub!

cleaning of the crabs
If you got problems with crabs you must live near the coast dan.

Tip:
When you clean out the carbs be sure to drain the tank, check the screen filter of the petrol tap too.
Many times it's petrol varnish due to evaporation / stale fuel that gums up carbs. However, contaminantes like dirt / sand are problems too. So for the extra half an hour a drain of the tank into a clear container and inspection of the filters will eliminate the chance of you cleaning the carbs only for them to get clogged up again in no time!

thats very true,
was working on her yesterday, checked all fuses which are fine and all cabling which is also fine, connectors and things all in good condition so give a liberal spray of WD on componants to ensure it works correctly.
also as my vacuum hose was a wee bit too short and crimping, which i thourght might be the problem, BUT lowe and behold, it dosnt seem to be the issue..argh im sick of it now...the pipe i put on however is slightly longer so it can bend to the connecting pipe on the tanks with no issues, is this a problem itself??
Also i managed, during a thunderstorm and while i was putting my helmet on to naff off home knock my lovely off her side stand and smaking into the floor. minimal damage, just a bent clutch lever which is easy replaced. but it seems thike the steering has gone off slightly, is this a major issue? it only seems like a tad but have i bent something important??
oh and as for cleaning the tank, ill do that over the weekend should highlight some problems..! any advice on how i should be draining the tank to check for gunk?
oh and the carbs, is cleaning them just an issue of taking the tops off and removing the gunk or are they so fiddley (like everything else on an nc30) and need a taken right out jobby..?
i love the bike but shes testing me even in my first 3 months of ownership, shes 18 years young and a beauty, but somehow the shines wearing off with these ongoing problems, please help me guys. need to get her back to full strength!
Oh and as for the crabs, i do live near the coast, right next to it. The crabs here have massive claws and big googly eyes, they cant run tho

too full of gunk!

crabs eh?
lol - the bottom line is that you need to clean the carbs up. Plenty of help on here for it mate so get stuck in.
Now is the time as the weather is nice and hot so the rubbers that cause ballache refitting will be ncie and soft.
get a can of carb/brake cleaner and do 1 carb at a time.
