heya :D need a little help, had a high side a couple of weeks ago now, was going quite fast (treble figures)

and needless to say caused some damage! although the frame isnt visibly cracked/scratched i want to check its not

bent but have no idea how, please help :)

the only way is to get it on a jig...££££

take measure from either side on the yoke bars held straight to the end of the subframe as long as that isnt bent and you can sort of tell if the lengths are both the same other wise it should be a few mm out not absolutly precise but it can give you a little idea

and i got a frame with v5 for sale if you need one.......

A good test to see if you've got a twisted frame is to take the engine out and then put it back in. If the frames straight the engine mounting points will line up and you can get the engine back in as its easier to bend a frame than an engine. If its twisted then that engine ain't going back in.

However this may depend on how the engine is mounted as to how helpful this is. If its a bolt that goes all the way through then its going to show up better then a craddle mounted engine.
