Assuming the 112mph (180k) speedo limiter is disabled (if its a JDM bike) then check your fuel vaccumn tap hose, it could be split or collapsing under speed which either way shuts the fuel off when your flat out.

I've seen that happen on at least 3 bikes.

Dickydoon I agree that people should not be picking you up on your speed however there is always one so you could do what other people do when posting a topic like this put in brackets something like 120 mph (on track) or my personal favourite 120 mph ( on private road honest guv) although I think Alex was trying to be helpful as this is a public forum and you could incriminate yourself
I would be looking at the vaccum hose if I were you as I have recently had similar probs with it myself.

Isn't this a speedo restiction thing?
I noticed this twice on a track day... mine goes flat at 120mph and feels liek the bike locks up and then unlock after a split second... worried it could have been the chain, but all seems ok...
havent been back to the track since so haven't encountered it again.

If it's 120mph your bikes over-reading :P

The cut-out is 180km/h (112mph) if its restricted still.

Easy to bypass, do a google search!

I think alex might have been saying it tongue in cheek. Hence the little emoticon, the lesson to be learnt here is dont take it too seriously :peace:
