Cheers Cam :geek:

Seeing as its having a daytime MOT, no lights are needed at all, only a working horn. I thought it best to still install a rear brake light.

And as the track bodywork has no holes cut for a stock rear light and its rather annoying to have to disconnect the wires everytime you take the body work off, I've come up with a subtle solution.

Heres the mount for it.

Nc30 plug wired in.

All mounted and plugged in.
Image

For anyone interested, Nc30 wires. Green = GRD, Green/yellow = brake light, Brown = rear light

Well the exhaust needs quite a bit of work, but I've made a start.
Its all be cleaned up and the collars that press against the gaskets are the worst bit.
Image

Bought and cut the new stainless steel sleeves (which remove the need for a gasket) to get welded on.
Image

Removed and made some new ss rings to be welded on as the positive stops.
Image

And with the extra ss rod made some hooks so that the front pipes can be sprung on.

Also fitted Rick Olivers earth upgrade kit.

Got bored waiting for shims and exhaust problems so been looking through the spares, and pulled out some maybe usable gogo juice bits.

My old manky nc30 carbs, these worked fine when on the bike (7 years ago :o ) so with a good clean up will hopefully be good again.
Image

Bought all these next bits ages ago when I had some 'overtime cash'.

Also a set of nc24 carbs with the 'half-moon HRC style' slide set in good condition

HRC modified carb tray

Rick Oliver HRC copy inlets

Also started to make a mesh clamp from an old airbox, still needs alot of tweeking though.
Image

So just needing a RickO HRC needle and jet etc kit now
Have also been working a Nc30 HRC carb guide based from the successful one written by cammo, might be useful to the forum.

Got the new sleeves and spring hooks welded on today.
Image

Need to sort out these offending items now, why honda decided to use steel instead of stainless (like the rest of the system) on the collars is beyond me.
Image

The collars on the front headers are in the same condition.
