So things are strarting to move again slowly had a look at the dash today and it looks pretty simple to fit so that is going to be the first job.
I have a trackday at Dono on Thursday and that's the last one this year so I can really start the delv back into this.
This arrived this morning swell RS250 seat unit :)

So the plan of action is.

Dash and tidy the loom (that way I can still make sure the bike runs before the full strip)
Subframe mock up for the seat (wooden dowl then I'll get it made up in ally)
Full strip down and clean, paint, powder etc (trouble with this is I'm kinda waiting on others to strip their bikes some can send a job lot to the powder coaters)
Suspension off to k-tech for refresh
And while all that is happening hopefully the engine parts that are on order will arrive so I can continue building up the trick motor.
Maybe an update later in the week or photos of a burnt out wreck where I fucked up wiring in the dash.
