Thanks! And yes...most of this country is flat and roads here do have good visibility, but like in the UK there are a lot of speed bums on certain (near urban area) roads to avoid speeding which is fine by me....I normally have my approx. +200kms route in the South area of Holland including crossing border with Northern Belgium (with very minimal speed bums, couple of traffic lights, quite on sundays and nice tarmac) and crossing border again back to home.CMSMJ1 wrote:Looks lovely mate.
and roger me with a sharp stick - that there Holland is flatter than a witch's tit!
I've never ridden a bike over there but I bet the visibility is awesome for some of the more swoopy roads!

Re: Micpec's NC35's (and past bike)...
Not much of an update due to other commitments eating most of my spare time...Tonight I unpacked a few items I had boxed long time ago in my blue storage boxes just to get some measurements for some ideas. I have forgotten my brand new packed gsxr genny conversion kit and the lightweight RO NC35 alloy subframe...
Next to some exhaust parts and the hugh box with brand new RT tyga kit also my spare TSR titanium half system kit
So I thought I might as well get some weight data so I weight it (will put this later in the rallykay weightlist-topic)
It covers a used 100mm width, 400mm long carbon exhaust end can with titanium end cap, all 5 pipe sections in titanium, 5 exhaust springs and 1 mounting, brand new TSR logo and exhaust band...

This system still uses the stockfront downpipes and stock rear exhaust manifold (as some already know and some don't).

And old pic I had in my data. This is what inspired me and gave me the last push to buy my project rvf bike a couple of years ago...(roughly I have all the parts now bar the racing style mirrors, steering damper, flat indicators). Of course I know this pic shows the silhouette rt kit but I have the tyga kit now.

It'll be interesting to know how much lighter it is than standard.

Answer of the weight scale is...2723 grams in total for this half system ti tsr kit.
Comparison from the weightlist-topic (not sure if all the necessary exhaust mounting parts like exhaust springs, exhaust band + bolt + nut are also included in below list):

Today I have done some work on RVF carbs, took a spare set apart for ultrasonic cleaning and check/replace seals...
Filthy on the outside, could use a clean on the inside...

Taken apart, sorted and ready to take a bath with soap (erhm...it is tickopur R33 acid specially for carb cleaning).

Naked and just out of the bath...

After a quick shower to dry out (here comes in the handy compressed air for all small holes, internals etc)...

Tommorrow I planned to fit this set on the rvf project bike and try it out.

Quick update, I was not able to test the cleaned rvf carbs on the project bike on sunday. It is fitted though. But something unforeseen came in between
and now require unexpected fundings for a ticket.

Right, thought I'll post some pics of the parts I recently purchased (have more but most of them are still packed and stuffed in boxes atm).

Also some genuine TSR decals...nice to have some spares in the blue box:

I must have xray'd this pic

Are those TSR decals the metal ones for the end cans? If so have you got one going spare I could buy?
