Then you didn't rebuild it correctly.
As I said in the other thread.
You don't need to keep buying X Y and Z parts.
Your throwing money all over the place and thinking drastic things like stripping the engine will somehow fix your problems.
From your post you don't seem to know if the reg/rec battery etc are dead, even though you've asked many times and been told many times how to test them.
Same with the fuel tap. You've not rebuilt it correctly if it isn't working hence you still having problems.
You can mess with the bike for the rest of your life but if your not actually fixing anything and don't know for sure then it is never goign to get better.
Forget the tools, forget stripping the enginge, forget what ever crazy wild ideas you have. Forget everything.
Hire a van and drive to somebody who knows the bikes. Sit with them, drink beer, watch like a hawk how they do things, understand why it works and how its fixed.
Here is an example:
My bike felt like it was wanting to run wide in bends lately, it just wan't turning in as well as it normally does any my riding hasn't changed.
Just from google and asking friends about this symptoms, here are some of the common suggetsions:
Suspension worn (rebuild)
Fork oil wrong (replace)
Tyres worn (replace)
Suspension incorrectly setup (resetup)
bad type pressures (correct)
So you can see, many things from the same cause.. if you dont' know for sure what your acutally doing how do you know if you'll fix it?
I found the front tyre was a couple of psi down.. filled it up but didnt' do any riding until next week... problem was still there, it felt like it was harder to turn.
Tracked it down to a slow leak on the front filler valve.. when I re-chcked the air it was down a few psi again.
But even in my case, unless I was 99.9999% sure what I was doing was goign to fix the problem then i'd just be wasting time and pissing money away.
I could have had the suspension reubild and overhualed, setup to my weight and had new tires fitted, when I didn't need.
To fully understnad you need
1. to know why the broken part is causing the bike to act like it is.
2. know how to fix and / or replace it
3. know / expect what will happen when you change it.
Try to never change anything on a hope that somethign will happen.
I hate to post again and again, I sound like a mean miserable git but you dont' seem to understnad. Your suggestions and ideas get crazier and craizer, you get more frustarted, spend more money and your poor bike gets worse and worse... al of which can be fixed uickly by taking ti to somebody who knows the bikes well.
