the voltage at 5k rpm with lights on is 13.2v or somewhere around there. i took the sprocket cover off to inspect the teeth of the sprocket. im sure im getting good fuel flow.. i was having trouble with my fuel tap at one point... the fuel was just freely flowing down the tap on the ON position and on the RES potision, without the vacuum applied.

no 2010 plate cars come out before we hit 2010
same as my 2010 plate yzf r125.. i got it in 2009, but it was the 2010 model.

If the engine cranks easily then the battery probably has an adequate charge.
A definitive battery voltage reading would be preferable to "13.2 or somewhere around there" but on face value your charging system is functioning correctly.
The is nothing under the sprocket cover that would affect the running of the engine. Did you do anything else around the same time as the sprocket inspection?
As Andy666 said, how long are you running with the choke on. Once engine has started, best to back the choke off and keep engine running on part throttle until warm enough for a stable idle.
Before you ride away and the engine starts to play-up, does the engine run with a steady 1200-1500 rpm idle speed?
You have not mentioned the "jamming" issue, is the engine now starting without this problem?

okay well the choke i leave it on for about 2 mins, 3 mins max. i did not do anything else to the bike other than adjust the chain tension. i keep the engine idles at 2k rpm other wise any lower the bike does not hold its idle and drops to cut out... which never happend before.. i used to always have it at 1300rpm idled.
the jaming issue is still there. no matter what i do. its always there the first i try to start the bike... when it jams, i have to push the bike forward and backwards, change the gears a bit and put it back to neutral. that usually fixes it. if it doesnt, i walk away for 5 mins and try again.

IMO 2-3 minutes of choke is too much. I use the choke to start the engine and then back off the choke as soon as I can can hold the 2000-3000 rpm using the throttle. Otherwise too much fuel can foul the plugs.
So you removed and replaced the sprocket cover, adjusted the chain tension and now the engine does not run well. IMO there is no connection between these actions, just coincidence.
Try increasing the idle with the idle speed adjuster just to get it to run reliably at idle.
What exactly "jams". Does the starter motor fail to turn over the engine or is the engine cranking over and then just stops?

yeah its cranking over and then suddenly stops with a loud clonking noise.. i dont know where the noise is coming from tough... its somewhere from the front. well i really do think my plugs are fouled. because a similar problem did happen to me a while ago and fixed it by changing plugs, i will need to remove my plugs and have a look at them tomorrow.

When you remove the spark plugs, crank the engine over with the RUN/STOP switch in the STOP position to see if the engine still jams. You should do this a few times if the jamming problem does not always occur immediately but is intermittent.

The plugs will have nothing to do with your starter jamming.

It will if he has a hydraulic lock issue.
