Can you fit R6 headers to a T-cat/3TJ hybrid?

You probably need to cut them, the R^ was a redesigned engine from the T'Cat. I'd expect the R6 to be shorter stroke and wider pistons which would alter the bore spacing and therefore the exhaust centres.
Have a look at the FZ6 against the earlier fazer and you'll see what I mean

Hmm.....thought as much Boris....
Whats going to be the best ones to look out for, T-cat or any of the FZR600 models? I know theres the Delkevic headers and sandybikespares ones, but i'm not 'flushed' enough to get a new set so its 2nd hand for me

Here we go again....this time its an electrical question
I'm still trying to decide on how best to wire up my (eventual) 3TJ/Cat hybrid. I'm really lost in minefield of thoughts over what combination of loom/ecu to use. I've got cat carbs but i assume that i could just leave the tps unconnected if i decide to go with a non cat ecu?
My main area of thought is over all the other bits that go with the loom, like the ignition switch, coils, reg/rec, starter relay etc..... As its a track only bike i'm not bothered about lights or indicators so the relays and stuff that go with those is surplus to requirements.
So, if i decide to stick with the 400 loom and plumb in a 4JH/Cat ecu how much of the other electrical components from the 400 can i stick with such as the reg/rec, starter relay. I know 600 coils are a must i'm just not sure about the rest.
I'd like to get a Cat loom and ecu but then will i need the reg/rec, starter relay, ignition switch blah blah blah....from the cat as well?
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
