Re: BIIIIIIIG lower rad, finally!
The engine rebuild is, as you say "pending"... right now, Im taking advantage of the nice weather, staying outside doing the fairing dirtywork. Engine work later. Project is ever so slowly progressing, but I have got to have some kind of working discipline for myself, thus no engine until the messy shit is all done!
Thanks for all the nice comments!

Electric won't sap as much power from the engine.gonzothegreat wrote: electric water pump V stock, any improvements?
Give me a bread and butter mechanical pump for reliability any day though!

Re: BIIIIIIIG lower rad, finally!
Many hours later, the shaping still going on ever so slowly. I have added some more curves to the rear underside, and also sort of a "splitter" line between the side panels and tank sides. The recesses for the lower mounting bolts are done, and now I'm off to the garage for shaping of the upper ones. I have decided to leave the mouldmaking and fabrication of the finished part to a company specialized in race car bodywork, since I just don't have neither the skills or the equipment necessary for a self carrying carbon fiber monocoque part like this one.
