nope, not yet, i just came home and the rick O earthing kits are on my bed, gonna go and try them out in a few hours. i will report back. also still waiting on a cdi... so if the earthing deosnt work, then im guessing my current cdi is fucked.

okay, i installed the earthing kit, and its still not sparking..... it HAS to be the cdi. otherwise i cannot do anything else....

Re-check the resistance readings between battery -ve terminal and all the chassis earth points. What readings do you get now?

Although you've switched the kill switch is it actually switching could be faulty
