Re: Cosworth 57mm Pistons HAVE ARRIVED
Just sent a deposit for 2 sets. Anyone who is remotely on the fence better act now, as in NOW. There will NOT be another run of these... Ever.
I am beyond excited. Mike is simply the man for making even these happen. I am looking forward to a full on G-Force Powered Engine.

Re: Cosworth 57mm Pistons (New Batch July 2011)
I have received a few requests for more pistons. Cosworth requires a 48 piston minimum order (12 sets) and I have 4 interested people at this time. That's a far cry from 12 sets. Are there anymore people that would be interested in getting the 57mm pistons? If so, I will put one last order together. If you are interested, please e-mail me and let me know as soon as possible.

Re: Cosworth 57mm Pistons HAVE ARRIVED
With Mikes help I got a set of these a couple years ago and raced a full season on them - 14-15 full race weekends and a probably 6-8 trackdays with no problems so I may have the highest time on a set actually installed, at least in the states. Had some overheating issues but don't think it it was directly attributed to the pistons and the increased power and heat. It's a 428 running stock rods.
Mike we've pulled the motor and are preparing to tear down and inspect. Will let you know in case you are interested in getting a first hand look, I know you were interested in the wrist pins circlips.
These weren't cheap but have proved worth the money for the durability and increased performance.

Of course I am interested. I have the 2nd set of pistons and other parts for Jim too. so, let me know and I'll make a day-trip of it. Altough, I am not available until after the end of August.ate51 wrote:With Mikes help I got a set of these a couple years ago and raced a full season on them - 14-15 full race weekends and a probably 6-8 trackdays with no problems so I may have the highest time on a set actually installed, at least in the states.
