Spoke to Paul and they dont do custom tube, not reread the thread so maybe Tony spoke to someone else.
Im making some frame covers for the B4 to stop the tank chipping paint when removing and then in on it!

Any luck with these I'm in need of either a Kevlar tube or nice carbon one for my Beet system.

Hi,
Will sort it soon.
Paul at Carbon mods has got some straight weave kev/carbon in now, he only had the twill in before.
I aim to finish the exhaust 'Y' piece for DM and then ive time to get the tube sorted.

Chris.

Yep! didnt want to keep it too long and get Tony in trouble.
Got all the parts to do it and have the kit for the tubes so i can sort these out straight after.

Cool! Would still need a couple of Kevlar sleeves too. Keep us updated on the progress. ;)

Holy thread revival...

Did these cottage industry sleeves ever come to fruition, or did anyone find another source of replacement kevlar sleeves

I have recently aquired this and need x2 new sleeves as part of a system refurb...

P.S. - also on the hunt for a new exhaust plate if anyone knows where I might start looking. If I google Ganador exhausts I end up looking at Chav accesories for Scoobys etc :?

Hello ian, no nothing ever came of it cant remember exactly why I think it was a case of having to order so much tube to make it worth while them making them id would had to sell enough to make 20 systems.

I do have that exact same system up In the loft though and im sure (although I could be wrong) that the sleeves are kevlar wraped alloy tube in which case there be pretty easy for someone with skills to resleeve. Honestly though id get 2 smaller cans made up as they look huge on the bike.
