I know a place in essex that chemically strip wheels, why not just get them blasted?

Tried and Failed,

i then decided after the SB failed to hand sand only to find

the black wheels had gold paint, then grey primer, then original white powder coat and is a ROYAL PITA to strip,

so £15 a wheel ive been quoted for each wheel so far, im waiting to get hold or a guy to return my call whos a friend of a friend so i might get it done a little cheaper, seeing as i have 4 wheels to do,

Thats expensive, i can get them done for £5 a wheel if i take a few down.

well thats what i thought considering its a no effort job, and dip in a vat. im gonna try ring this guy again tommorrow if hes doesnt answer or get back to me ill assume he doesnt want or need my custom and ill search for else where knowing that i need to be aiming for paying no more than £10 each wheel.

bit of a PITA considering hes a friend of a friend i called him no answer then sent a text, missed his call whilst on the phone, i then listened to voicemail, tried calling back no answer. left it to this morn called back no answer, tried again this aft, sent and text and still nothing so ill call him once more then fuck it. ill find somewhere else.
