When you reverse mounted the damper, where it attatches to the frame is that a threaded adapter for the rose joint you used? If so where can source one of these lol and what thread is it please, thanks again
The ebay damper has a threaded ball joint, youll need an m8 nut so that when you put it in the frame you can lock it off, the other end i used an m8 rose joint and also an m8 ss allen bolt youll need some spacers i had some hand nylon ones i could sell you my damper and bits youll just need the fork clamp (41mm) as i still use it.

Thanks for your help, ive ordered a m8 rosejoint, nylon spacers like the ones in toyr post and i even ordered two m10 allen key bolts for a stronger fit on the fork clamp like you did, so its just a locking nut on the frame end then thats no problem thanks.
