Nothing more to say really, if it's been organised it'll be here.

I may even have my bloody bikes working for that! If anyone wanted to hook up from Sheffield or similar (bikey et al?) we can take a better and more exhilerating route down than the A38!!
Mark, I might tag along if you're up for it

wow so many posts so little time! spend my first half of work (late shift!) reading these haha.

2nd of mays good for me, whats everyone thinking? reply to this if your in and i'll put your names in, also a pm with a mobile number wouldnt go a miss, oh and ya real name, i don't wanna me asking for 'CMS' down the phone lmao!

oh and if you dont reply i'll go thru the list and see who said yes and pm them for further avaliability..

one more thing, ian, if you could ring the airbase and find out if no model shows are on that would be great... i hate models after many childhood failures with lego, mega bloks, tomy train sets, mecchano.. etc etc..

ah yeah was gona ask Hipringle too, as i don't wanna be riding from newcastle alone, that would SUCK! just went to see a mate in hemel hempstead last weekend and riding down the m1 fully strapped up trying to conserve fuel behind a family saloon aint no fun...

Hope its not gonna be an early meet!
How about 11 or 12? Gives everyone chance to travel without having to get up at stupid o'clock.

Just spoke to the PR people down at Cosford and they are showing nothing on their calendar for the 2nd May. They do remember the 400GB lot from last time though - so guess they must have made an impression.

I am assuming (assumption being the mother of all f**ck ups) that the meeting point is the Air Museum down there (http://www.rafmuseum.org.uk/cosford/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). If so parking is going to be £2 for up to 3 Hrs and £3 for up to 8Hrs. Admission to the museum is Free and even if you are not interested in aircraft it is worth a wander around and there is food / coffee available in the Refuel Restaurant or the Checkpoint Charlie Café.

They are going to e-mail me a "booking form" to fill in. This is for nothing more than to put a note in their diary - but some sort of numbers guide would be handy in case they want to set a parking area aside. Do you have a collated list developing?
