Today down the Meon Valley.
Not so many 400s out on my ride this morning, and even 1 of those is a cheat.
They seemed to prefer their 750's toaday.

I've been working on my RVF400 for the last three years and here are a couple of evolution shots of what it looked like when I got it and what it looks like today:

Re: Gallery
Xivila is correct. It is the new K-CONVERSIONS VFR 400 rc212v 2011 FAIRING KIT. They did supply the subframe which works in terms of bolting on the tail but not built like Tyga's subframe which accommodates electrical components. Other than that the kit fits pretty well on to the frame (you have to supply your own mounting brackets, bolts and other misc hardware), meter stay isn't made to fit perfectly on the neck of the front suspension (have to grind it down to fit), it didn't come with headlamps (have to use stock VFR/CBR400 headlamps and brackets to mount into the headlight box, uses stock mirrors, paint was not bad at all actually. Not 100% perfect, but better than rattle can. Cosmetically for now, I will leave the bike as is and work on upgrading little things like levers and stuff.Tom1 wrote:Wingzer...have you modified the tyga fairing or a fairing off a completely different bike??

Re: Gallery
spent blood sweat and urine tuning this bike from a pile into a nice looking nc24, its not one for the purists but i feel i have brought it back from the brink and saved at least one nc24 from the scrap heap
Before

After
