I'm going to be bringing my big gazebo with me which will be a great excuse to have a forum display of some of our great bikes. If anyone is interested it would be nice if you bought your bike along for a display even if you don't fancy riding it.
Even if you are riding something different it'll be nice to display it, RGV, TZR £MA, CRM for example :-)

Si i like the sound of that, I reckon it would be good to show off some of the really nice bikes from here! Think I'll just hide my scruffy track panel affair out the way somewhere

Hi Guys,
Been keeping an eye on the thread so thought I'd pop on and clarify a few details as it might help . . .
Friday: 9am- 8pm, 5 groups (inc TROUSER FIREWORKS; strokers & 400s), 6 sessions for each group, virtually 2hrs on track
Saturday: 9am-5pm, 4 groups (inc TROUSER FIREWORKS; strokers & 400s), 5 sessions for each group, 1hr 45m on track
Prices: £139 each day or £268 for both. Groups of 5 or more riders on each day receive an additional 5% discount
Free camping on Thursday & Friday night for all riders +1 booked in on the trackdays (and you'll probably get away with camping Saturday night too although Cadwell would prefer to charge). Additional people £10ea per night charged by Cadwell.
For those not booked into ride on Friday or Saturday, club/forum members can ride a couple of laps in the Club Parade on Friday lunchtime for free - just need to register with me (name & bike).
Friday night: The band kicks off possibly before the track closes

the bar & restaurant will be open, and I suspect a few BBQs will be fired up in the paddock with everyone chilling after a great day, and before another great one on the Saturday. Not sure what's happening on Saturday night but will let you know when Cadwell tell me! (but I doubt it'll top the Hi Rollers!!
Hope this helps - but shout if you've got any questions :)

Like I say im hoping to do both days + possibly even do the sunday racing, at least that I wont have to move sat eve, I too have a rather large 10 meter x 4 meter heavy duty marquee which can setup as a display if wanted, could combine mine + simons for 1 big tent/display

Sounds good to me. If we can get a genny up and running we can make our own tea and coffee as well. :-)

Thanks Darin, so we can ride both days if desired. fair play.
Right well as before i will go with the flow. happy to ride one or both if the masses are doing the same.
group booking works for me, and as before if anyone if taking ownership of organising, just tell me when to turn up and how much i owe and how to pay.
much appreciated chaps
