i don“t know if the rads work better than Rick O one, because i did not have any rads from Rick. On a race bike they
work perfect. You can read it on the g-force blog. I used thid rads for over 10 years and i never had a problem with overheating.

Yes, the Gerd Rads work SUBSTANTIALLY better than any others out there. We started with one set. Now we have 4 sets. To put it in perspective, where the stock rads left our bikes boiling over in the grid, and running around 210-215F on track, the Radtech Rads (I believe these are what Rick O uses - or similar) brought these temps down by about 10-15 degrees. But that was still too hot. The Gerds have never gone above 190F on the hottest of days, and generally run 170-180F all day long on normal days.
Another point of perspective is we literally melted Pistons and destroyed 2 engines with the Radtechs because they still were not enough cooling for our engines. Keep in mind, were pumping 80+HP with the 428cc engines and 93+ with the 450cc engines. And, HP is heat. So, the Getds might be slightly overkill for a stock engine. But, I would rather have too much cooling and apply tape, than wish we had more cooling when looking at a melted down engine.
At the very least, for a stock engine than needs more cooling, run the Rick Oliver Rads. But, if you're racing, or find yourself really overheating at the track, it's time for the Gerds. They are amazing!
