Measure the rod then get one off ebay, at a guess id say you need a M5. You need to work out if you need the reverse thread one or not also, 1 end is normal thread the other end is reversed.

M6 Female will be needed,

I recall gearbox end is standard thread, and rear set is reverse thread

both ends are male. so i thought id need two female rose joints.

and id rather pay 15 quid for a titanium rod, rather than 40 quid for steel oem one

You can buy a genuine Honda rod for about £4, I bought one from DSS with a load of other odds and sods, was considering the Ti one until I saw the price of the OEM one

new starter motor starting to fail already?? wtf, my old starter motor was jamming and clicking while trying to sart.. so i bought a new second hand one a few weeks ago. and it was working....and now the same shit happend again, but this time its even worse.... it clicks and jams... and then it works fine... but the bike wont fire up? it turns over, but it wont fire up.....oh and while its turning over i can hear extra clicking from the motor... as its grinding on to something..... so i need a other motor?? ffs.

service the starter motor first....they come to pieces and are easy to sort.

This bike needs a proper service to sort it out - you are pissing in the wind from one crisis to another with bodges and buying bling for it in between...

i dont think your taking money into account here. to get a proper service would cost hundreds of pounds, ive done everything myself so far... checking carbs adjusting jets and etc. ive not dug into the cylinders etc etc, but the bike is fine.. its just this starter motor again. how can it be sorted out of the brushes and cogs have been worn out?

If you cant afford to service a bike to a standard where its safe (ie a working rear brake) it shouldnt be on the road. It doesnt have to cost hundreds, it can all be done with basic tools and common sense, checking carb/jets isnt servicing a bike, by the sounds of it your bike has bigger issues than wrongly jetted carbs.

i dont see how its so hard for you people to listen to what im saying..... MY bike is running fine. there is only a few minor problems.... thus being, rear brake not working and starter motor fucking with me again..... EVERYTHING else is working perfectly fine.......
