So apologies to Rick if it sounded that way cos Ricks parts are awesome quality and I would never say otherwise as he is a top bloke..
I've spoken to him over the phone and he is a top bloke. knows his onions! I shall be contacting him soon regarding a 'ram air' set up / open carbs, and try and get some pics of the RC30 seat unit he advertises.

What do you think of these Tom , you wouldn't happen to know the tank design to go with them??

Dropped off the tank and fender yesterday at webb racing products in towyn. He makes all the fairings himself from a wide selection of moulds. His brother paints helmets for a living and he is spraying up the lot on my selected replica scheme. The inside of the faring is going to be re enforced with some black weave type stuff that prevents cracking. All decals for the forks e.t c are being made up, but the fairing decals will be airbrushed on so they will last longer than 7 year vinyl.
Can't wait to see them!

Its been a while...
Since I have been waiting on parts I decided to get the RVF out and start to clean her up for Carmarthen show, It hasn't had the fairings off since I got it. Definitely due a good clean up!

Ive just gotten the wheels and sea subframe back from the powder coaters, they had been snowed under.

I am really happy with the finish, they had to order in the dull gold specially, I think it looks great!
I'm popping the tires back on his week, new bearings then back on the bike.
Another couple of weeks and I shall have the fairings home and finished, ready to go on. Its frustrating waiting for things to be done! I guess you just have to wait for quality products!
