Thanks for the comments everyone!!

I've just managed to start the bike (first time since july  :o )
And it sounds awesome!!!
Its a deeper tone than the yammamoto that I had previously and maybe just a little louder.
I just have to sort out the front down pipes (blowing a little) and it'll be mint!!

Cheers Kris for the system and Tony for the studs!! ;)

Today it has been sunny so i wheeled the bike out of the garage for a couple of pics.

As its winter I won't be riding too often and the bike is in the process of having its clocks/dash sorted out and all the wiring tidied up. Also considering the HRC overflow bottle mod too. Anyone know where to get decent size clear pipe/tubing from?
Back to my point - it looks a bit messy with everything hanging off or removed but the exhaust looks great!

Micro Monkey - I didn't need to adjust/modify the hanger to get it to line up. Well..............

I say It went on without having to modify the hanger - but the side stand will not retract all the way up :(
Maybe some fettling will sort it out. Anyone else with a Mercury have this problem? Or is it aimed at race bikes only with no side stands fitted in the first place?!

This is what I'm getting Image
as you can see - thats as far as it will go up.

Looks lovely man

The stand is going to be a pain..but perhaps you can tweak the pipes to let it retract. If not, you'll have to just be slow around left handers

Both my nc's have and had no problem with the sidestand fouling the pipes. Take a look on my tyga nc30 and see how the fitting compares to yours. On the 35, the cans sat too low so the hangar was modded and i think it looks much better. Before and after. It took me most of a day to get the detailing of the pipes right and everything alligned properly. By the looks of your system you may need to slide one of the cans further back and twist the upper link pipe so the lower portion sits closer to the swingarm as the allignment looks twisted slightly. Also i had to add two 2mm thick washers under the stand mountings, 1 on each bolt. Do not think i am slagging your bike off, just these things have to look right dont they, there is alot of adjustment with this system so you should have no probs with the stand, just time consuming.

Micro Monkey - thanks for taking the time to reply.

I can see on your bike they fit much better, and looking back at mine I can see it needs some adjustment now. I'll have to spend some time (like you have) to get it just right. Its worth it to make the bike look right rather than just have items/bling just thrown at it!!
Cheers. :peace:

Kev. Just noticed your having problems, I feel a bit guilty now, but I'm sure it needs a bit if tweaking! I can't really help or advise as I never fitted it. I had problems with my ethos and twin stack and the stand not retracting properly it was really frustrating but after taking my time and loosening everything it eventually just kind of fits!

I hope you sort it!
