Geoff, tried mate. just gets tighter on the fork and refuses to turn the wheel.
2 different spindles, different spacers, odd one this isnt it ?

I have two different nuts for my two bikes - one is 22mm and one is 24mm.. both wheels and spindles are easy to swap though...

Maybe you should take both discs off and put them on a flat surface to see if they are the same offset and is there a lot of paint on the mounting surface could even be a combo of that if its not the bearings

good call on the disks will try that. surfaces i filed the powder off so nice and smooth and the disks are a nice fit.
watch this space

Are the discs the ones that came off? The left one looks to have a lot of space between it and the wheel (unless it's just the way the picture is).

Spot on Geoff, your idea worked, by eye its about 3mm higher which ties in with the spacing. its also warped to fuck too.
No idea what thats from, as its identical in just about every way just sticks out a bit more.
Well next mission to find some super cheap disks as so far without counting my OE bodykit i am upto £1130 which kinda makes this bike a bit of a joke now.
On the upside i know every nut and sodding bolt of it.
