Why didn't you hold the revs higher for a while? You're mixture screws are probably wrong.

i got it to work again, i have noticed that once i let the bike sit down for a couple of hours makes it work with one press on the switch. i ran it for 10 mins revs at 4-5k rpm, so it seems to be working fine just now....im gonna try again tomorrow to see if itl start up.

Test your electrics.. sounds like you may have a crap charging system.. do you still have the cheap reg/rec on there?

nope i got the original cbr 125 reg/reg, just got the bike home. and it cut off half way. it ddnt cut off like it used to....it felt like i was running on 3 cylinders? i think my plugs are dead. gotta check them on friday. and ift takes along time to increase revs. feels like drowning carbs. or plugs getting wet.

Hmm
Did you strip overhaul your carbs?
They could be running too rich (putting in too much petrol).. over-time this will foul (dirty up) your spark plugs until the point they no longer work.
Also.. if your doing short starts / stops.. espeically with a bike that is running too rich, the small NC30 plugs will dirty up in no time.. they need to get hot to burn of the dirt..

Is is restricted? If so, what jets are in it?
You could easily be drowning them

theyre not restricted, and i have 118/120 jets in them. its strange though...before i droped the bike it was working totally fine....after i drop...its working like shit....i havent overhauled my carbs after i droped the bike....i might do that tomorrow. maybe i damaged something when i droped it..

okay, i have removed the 2 rear plugs... one of them were wet.. almost dripping with black fluid...im guessing this is oil. but it smelled like fuel. the other plug was pretty much dry....i havent taken out the 2 front ones yet as they are a pain in the ass to get out....anyway... so why would my plug be covered in oily fuel? any ideas? when i dropped the bike, could i have damaged one of the seals or something which caused the oil to flow into the chambers???

you've flooded the engine trying to start it.. when you had the bike running that plug was too wet to spark
so while it's running on two or 3 that cylinder is still taking in fuel from the carburettors causing the plug to get even more wet.
Remove all 4 plugs... wire brush them up and heat the ends on a gas cooker or blow lamp to clean them up.
Leave the plugs out for an hour or two.. to let the cylinders dry out and re-try.
if the plugs havn't died it'll run fine.
