check the simple things man..
are the fuel lines connected
is the fuel turned on
sometime soon you'll have to remember the advice you are given..bikes are basic animals. Simple to sort out for 95% of things.
it needs fuel, air and spark for starters.
Sounds to me that the vacuum line has come off the tap or the cylinder head..so no fuel

I don't see why you'd keep trying to start it if it isn't going until you flatten the battery if it was previously working.
Didn't you think maybe you should see what the problem can be? Over-cranking it can flood the plugs.
1. Do you have the kill switch turned on?
2. Is the fuel tap turned on, have you tried reserve? Could be low.
3. Were you using full choke and no throttle?

Check the exhaust isn't loose at the headers/ joins. May have caused your backfire.

Check that the battery terminals aren't loose, always wise after a stack.

okay, so today i checked the bike..and the vacuum pipe is connected at the heads.. all fuel pipes are in. the fuel is flowing into the carbs as ive checked it. maybe i accidentally drowned the carbs...because it sounds like its going to work...but it wont. it just coughs up and fires abit, but it wont fully start
