Please could you help me out been stripping a project bike and the exhaust isn't standard after some identification from the experts. Probably standard front headers but some of the spring holders have come off hence the clamps.

And there she is, Full JHA sp-1 style sprung system. Any suggestions on carb/airbox setup with this fitted would be brilliant.

Go in deep bro, two cans one for front and rear, i recon 125s wouldn't be to overkill, maybe a free flying filter either K&N or the rick o foam, leave the needle with one shim as it will be too rich in the midrange. Pilots ate 2 &1/4 turns stay with #35 pilot jets, wont hurt to drill the vac slides to 2.5mm dia

I may have some rick o needles for sale soon dependant on how i get on with my factory pro ones.

Thanks Ricky, thinking somewhere between 120-125's will be ideal, free flowing filter, 0.5mm shim needles, 2.5mm slide holes, 2&1/4 turns on the pilots, and #35 pilot jets as a base setting and see where i stand. I have got 3 sets of carbs so i may set each up diffrently and see which one gives the best results, i think it may need a little tweaking with the RVF cams and no questening gears.

^ That does look unusual, I don't remember seeing anything like that before.

I'm sure a resident exhaust expert will have it ID'd.

DM seemed to think it could be an early two brothers system , hopefully a decent clean and fit it to the track bike.

Yes the rear exhaust headers look to be a similar design.
