Right on -I am wanting to book this and will just ping it on my credit card.
Am happy to call them and sort out a 400greybike 10% off - but I suspect we'll need to show willing and get the first 5 names down.

Mark, im ready to book. How do we do this with regards to paying? can the 5 people pay on their own cards or does it have to be on one card?

Reckon we can all do it individually but would be nice to call them, prepare the ground and say -
"We have x members who are ready to pay now, here are there usernames. - can we have the 10% please?"

Any further members can then have an agreed password?? to then get the 10% and be aprt of the 400greybike discount crew!

Have spoken with Darren at Classic Bike Trackdays and this is the crack.

1: For the Saturday trackday, we, 400Greybike, can have 10% discount when it is booked via my good self.
2: I'll be providing to Classic Bike Trackdays the following information (that you will be giving me)
a: Name
b: Contact details (email/phone)
c: bike
d: level of experience.
3: Payment wise - they prefer it to be in one go - so I am going to ask you lot to pay me, trust me, and I'll pay them once we "close" the window for getting this early booking . I'll gladly share with you my home address, pictures of my driving licence and whatever..but most of you know me, I'd trust me.lol!

Note: There are 3 groups on this TD. 4 Stroke, 2 Stroke and Novice

There are 3 groups of 40. The busiest group is the 4 Stroke group which we would normally fall into. Darren has agreed that we could be placed into the 2 Stroke group if we enter as 400Greybike - this is a good thing.

Also- to camp on Friday is £10 to the man on the gate. To camp Saturday is £5 and we will pay this when we buy the TD.

Darren has taken my details, will mail me the offer price and confirm our discussions.

Two stroke group sounds good. What is the price, deadline to pay and regulations on kit please?

I've got a lot to do to be ready so just gauging if its going to be truly viable for me.

Deadline - shall we give it a week? The people who can put their money where their mouth is can surely sort this out.

When we have the names and the time then I will mail all of you with the details I have from Darin @ Classic Bike Trackdays and my slush fund details. I'll pay up, we'll get in for probably a tenner less...and job jobbed.

@ Kris - kit wise -you'll need 2 piece leathers at least and they'll have to zip round more than 180 degrees.

Block bookings of 5 riders or more receive a 10% discount so you were quite right with your estimate of £125pp! Please pull together all the following details for your guys and then mail me with the info;

- Name of each rider
- Address and Phone number - can be a single point of contact if you prefer
- Email address: can be one, but the info pack will need to be forwarded to the others
- Bike(s) being ridden on the day by each rider
- Experience on track - ie: are they a novice?

Please call me on 08451 25 26 46 you're ready to make the payment. If you have any late bookings who want to take advantage of the 10% discount, please can these come through you as well so I know they are genuine.

So - let's us get booked in asap for the first few of us for the guaranteed places and in 2 stroke group. The stragglers, if they want the same deal, can go via me (or not if they want to be in the 4 stroke/fast bike class.)
