Im running 3he carbs on a 4jh engine but air box dont quiet aline up so will have to mod the box to fit

Thanks to this site and Fzrtim i have solved a few problems with my 3he bike fitted with a 4jh engine which ive spent quiet a few months looking for the answers to my questions.

Does any one have a 3he wiring diagram that shows (or able to tell me) whay colour wire goes from cdi box to fuel pump relay ?

3HE is standard FZR600 so it should be findable on the web. Type in fzr600 manual download and google it maybe or they'll probably be one on a disc through e-bay

I think that's in the Haynes book for FZR600/750/1000. I'll have a look when I get a chance.

Thanks but have looked at wiring diagram in haynes manual for my bikes lots but it only shows which wires go to main relay but not what each wire is for

have come across other wiring diagrams that show what each wire is for in the main relay but dont think there for my bike

Hi, I'll make you some plates when I fit mine. ;)

Ive just bought a fzr600r engine and the carbs have a throttle position sensor on them. The cdi is a 4jh as the engine is. Is this going to cause a problem when I try and adapt my 3tj loom, or can I leave it disconnected? :?

The throttle sensor is from a Thundercat I think it's ok to use them with connectingas your using the 600R Foxeye CDI

I't's easier to use a Foxeye loom though

I have the loom with it, it could be that it has thundercat carbs on maybe? Or did the later foxeye model have a tps? I dont have the clocks and was wanting to use the 3tj clocks, this is why I was wanting to use the 3tj loom :?
