I do believe Neo could do that for ya - it will be the EPROM being read rather than the CDI

Haven't seen the actual code on the EPROM but going by the date of the bike it isn't going to be anything fancy.

Most likely a Willem programmer will be able to dump it (there about 9gbp off ebay uk)

Check the code on the eprom and see if willem supports it.
